Meet Our Agents
About
In 2017 our 2 boys, husband and I made Monroe our hometown. The moment I moved here I fell in love with all the charm and opportunity Monroe has to offer. This passion inspires me to help others want to call this wonderful town home!
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I gained valuable negotiating skills and knowledge of the real estate industry as a property investor and landlord.
Grateful for an amazing group of neighborhood friends, I want to make sure new residents are welcomed in a way that is customary in the south, with warmth and the amazing hospitality Monroe has to offer.

I am a passionate real estate agent focused on changing lives through home and land sales. My husband Jared and I live in Downtown Monroe with our sons Malcom & Mac and our Yellow Lab Yeller. Jared is an attorney with Preston & Malcom attorneys in Monroe. We are active members at Grace Monroe Church in town. My family has owned Malcom & Malcom Realty Professionals for over 17 years as one of the top firms in the Walton / Oconee Barrow / Morgan County area. My mom, Lee Malcom, is my broker, and my father, Andy, and myself -co-owners, all with whom I partner side-by-side to bring the highest value of knowledge & experience to my clients. I never work to make a quick sale; but instead, I work to find my clients the perfect fit in a home or investment property. I believe that client-focused commitment is what separates me from the competition. I am committed to providing a quick response time, and my ability to execute transaction documents is second to none. Time is of the essence in real estate!
Before I started in real estate, I worked in the tech startup space in Atlanta, GA, selling online ordering for To-Go food to national restaurant groups all around the country such as Outback, Steak n Shake, Ruby Tuesdays, and more. I learned quickly how to give presentations to C-level executives and gain their trust and attention for my product. Tech sales can be intimidating, as the sales cycle typically runs 12-18 months and involves a ton of trial and error. This field taught me many valuable skills: the skills of negotiation, persuasion, and tenacity, just to name a few. But the skill of creating long-lasting and trustworthy relationships with people can only come to those people that truly commit themselves to their own personal integrity. And that is one of the biggest reasons that I have succeeded in business: technology then, and real estate now.
I hope you will reach out to me soon to discuss how I can help you. I know we can do great things together!

My motto tells it all! “I know Walton County like the back of my hand.†Walton County has been my home for over 60 years, and I consider this community an excellent place to live and work! I would enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for the many secrets that Walton County holds to the new home owner, land owner, or business owner. I understand the growth patterns and trends of the different areas in and around the County. Andy and I, co-owners of the company, have been married for over forty years and have three grown children, one of which works with us as an agent, Andrea. I am a former educator in the public school system, and I have been selling real estate since 1996. I currently serve on the Monroe City Council. This Council has the responsibility of setting policy for the City of Monroe and managing growth and development to ensure quality of life for our citizens. I am also charged with the task of ensuring the citizen’s tax dollars are being spent effectively and efficiently. I am constantly aware of changes coming to the city and Walton County. My husband and I have a long standing reputation with local investors and developers. We have developed a number of large tracts in Walton Count into residential sites. We have also revitalized several historical landmarks in the city. Our clients come first. Whether buying or selling a home, investment property, or land, we are willing to work for you.
